The Registered Provider must submit to the Care Quality Commission a report by 4pm on the first Monday of every month confirming the improvements completed and areas still needing refurbishment and decoration. This report must cover all the building (25 – 31 Trewartha Park).

The Registered Provider must submit to the Care Quality Commission an updated action plan on progress being made regarding the breaches of regulation by 4pm on the first Monday of every month

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 35 service users in the main building of Earlfield Lodge.
