Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The registered person must report to CQC on the last day of each month, with details of the steps it has taken to identify service users� care / treatment needs and preferences, and to ensure care plans have been updated to reflect this.
The registered person must report to CQC on the last day of each month, with details of the steps it has taken to ensure staff members receive training in: safe moving and handling practices; supporting service users� independence; and, safeguarding (to include identification of potential safeguarding incidents and protocols for escalating concerns in line with Surrey County Council safeguarding arrangements.) The registered person must also include details of its proposals for on-going monitoring of staff competence.
The registered person must report to CQC on the last day of each month, with details of the steps it has taken to support service users who display behaviors which place them and / or other service users at risk of harm. Where applicable, reports must include details of any referrals to Surrey County Council Community Learning Disability Team which have taken place, and the outcome of these.
The registered person must report to CQC on the last day of each month with details of its action plan (and progress toward the completion of) to ensure its systems and processes effectively assess, monitor and mitigate risks to service users� health, safety and welfare.
Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Redstone House.
The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 4 service users at Redstone House.
