People's experience of this service
Not all risks were assessed and mitigated, medicine management required improvement and governence systems were not always effective. However, people told us the staff were kind and they felt safe at Banbury heights Nursing Home. There were sufficient staff deployed to meet people’s needs. People were supported to access healthcare and staff and leaders worked with external professionals to ensure people’s needs were met.
