During a routine inspection
One person told us the carers were "confident, friendly, and helpful" and another person told us they had "never had to make a complaint".
Before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes.
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. As a result of our visit, the manager told us that future care plan reviews would be conducted and recorded at regular intervals.
People's health, safety and welfare was protected when more than one provider was involved in their care and treatment, or when they moved between different services. This was because the provider worked in co-operation with others.
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
The provider had an effective system to assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive. As a result of our visit, the manager told us that staff supervisions would be conducted and documented at regular intervals.
