[My relative’s] needs were discussed in depth.” Another said; “My brother and I chose the Home for [relative] and I remember them asking lots of questions about their likes and dislikes. They seemed to be interested in them as a person.” Staff told us they had a good understanding of people’s needs and knew them well.
