Patient feedback we received, during our visit, provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. We noted that 3 out of 21 patients asked felt they did not know how to complain should they have an issue.
