During a routine inspection
We heard from a relative who felt that the Provider and staff would do anything to make peoples' time there happy. They told us that the care was 'fabulous', going on to comment that it was not just a home but an 'open' home and that they felt happy to leave their relative under Kent Farm's care.
We spoke to people during lunchtime in a group setting where four people living at the service agreed that they liked living there and that they all got along but were able to choose how they spent their day. One person commented 'I love it here, there's nothing I would change'. We heard how people were able to do things that they had not done before and enjoyed them, one person saying 'I never thought I would be doing yoga'.
