During a routine inspection
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. People spoke highly of the care they received. For example, one individual told us, 'I can please myself', in terms of the activities available and their daily routines.
People were protected from the risks of inadequate nutrition and dehydration. People expressed mixed opinions about the taste and texture of the food.
There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs.
The provider had an effective system to assess and manage the quality of the service and risks to people's health, safety and welfare.
There was an effective complaints system available. Comments and complaints people made were responded to appropriately.
