During a routine inspection

We used a number of different methods to help us understand the experiences of people who used the service, because some of the people who used the service had complex needs which meant they were not always able to tell us their experiences. Those that could tell us said "We are really well cared for and staff are kind." One person told us “The staff are very good". Another told us, “We have very good food." People were encouraged to be independent and have choice over their daily living routines.

Staff told us they had regular training and supervision. We saw records that showed that people were involved in decisions about their care and that people were treated with dignity and respect. We looked at training records that showed that staff received development to help them perform their roles safely and well. We found that the home was clean and comfortable and the provider had effective quality assurance systems in place to monitor their service delivery.
