Warwick House provides accommodation and care for up to 7 people living with a learning disability and autism. At the time of this assessment, 6 people were living at the service. This off site assessment took place between 28 March 2024 and 11 April 2024. We looked at 1 key question; Well-led, and 1 quality statement; Governance, management and sustainability. We expect health and social care providers to guarantee people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ is the guidance CQC follows to make assessments and judgements about services supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people and providers must have regard to it. At this assessment, we looked at some aspects of how the service met these principles. At our last inspection, this service was rated good. Following this assessment, the service remains rated good.
