During a routine inspection
They told us that the care workers arrive on time and stay for the agreed length of time. Comments included 'they stay for the right amount of time' and 'I get my half hour and I would say something if not'. One person told us that on occasion's one care worker left before their agreed time, but records stated they had stayed for the agreed time. We advised the person to contact the registered manager to report this and allow the agency to investigate their concerns.
People told us 'I am confident that they look after and look out for mother' and 'they are very respectful and it's not easy when you have to have personal things done' and 'they treat me with a lot of respect and use my name'. One person told us 'they are all really friendly and they talk to me, not just provide care'.
People told us they were happy with their care worker and they knew how to care for them. One person told us that 'they always seem happy in their work' and 'the care is spot on'.
