During a routine inspection
Everyone told us they were happy with the level of care received at the home and nobody raised any concerns with us. The relatives said staff were quick to inform them of any significant changes in their relative's general health and they were always made to feel very welcome when they visited. People's comments included:
'She is very happy here, they meet her needs well'
'Fantastic from what I have seen so far, no concerns'
'The care is great'
We found processes were in place to ensure valid consent was gained from people who used the service.
People's needs were assessed so appropriate care could be planned and delivered. Three visiting health professionals spoke highly of the quality of care provided.
We found the provider had systems in place to ensure people were protected against abuse.
Robust recruitment procedures were in place which ensured people employed were suitable for the role.
An adequate complaints system was in place.
