During a routine inspection

People expressed their gratitude for their support staff with comments such as "they are a wonderful help" and "I don't know how I would manage without them".

Care managers spoke highly of the support staff stating "the support worker has done a fantastic job" and "the support worker managed a difficult situation very well".
