During a routine inspection
We met three people receiving support, and visited one of the houses. People spoke positively about the support they were given with comments such as: 'I feel very well supported'; 'The staff do a very good job'; and 'The staff are all wonderful!'
We visited the company's head office and looked at three staff recruitment files, and complaints records. These had been accurately completed.
We found that people were supported by staff with activities of their choice and with everyday living. This included items such as maintaining their personal hygiene; preparing meals; managing finances; and travelling in the community.
We talked with three health and social care professionals who spoke positively about their liaison with the management and the staff's competence. One person said 'I am pleased with how the staff have supported people, and have adapted to providing the right levels of care for individual people.'
