During a routine inspection
Relatives told us that they were confident that if they had any concerns they would be sorted out promptly. One said 'There is a 24-hour number for complaints but there haven't been any issues.'
A person using the service told us they were treated well by staff and said they would speak to the manager if they had any concerns.
We found that the agency was well managed and records were in good order and well organised.
Staff were recruited appropriately and received the support and training they needed to do their job.
