During a routine inspection
One person said that they had no complaints about Trelawney Care at all but they were confident that if they did, the office staff would handle it appropriately. They told us that they knew all of their carers and that they all provided good care, were polite and kind and did a good job.
Another person said that the staff were 'wonderful, excellent, scored 100% and were kind and caring'.
We were told that Trelawney Domiciliary Care had informed the people that we spoke with, that carers could arrive up to 30 minutes either side of the agreed time of the visit. Nobody that we spoke with found this a problem and told us that if staff were running late the office would telephone them to let them know.
