During an inspection in response to concerns
One person that we spoke with told us that they were appropriately supported by staff and that support provided met their needs. The person told us: I am happy with the care I get, I really like the staff.'
We asked people who used the service if they felt safe. Everyone we spoke with told us that they did feel safe and they had no concerns about their welfare. One person we spoke with told us: 'I am safe, but I have not been given any information from staff about how to stay safe.'
One person that we spoke with told us that they had complex needs, and staff had received specialist training to ensure they were suitably skilled to deliver their care. We were also told by one person receiving services that they are given the opportunity to give formal feedback and they have a good relation with the management of the service.
