During a routine inspection
We found that people were supported in making day to day decisions about the care they received. People's values and diversity were respected and promoted.
The care people received was reflected in their care plans. People told us the care they received met their needs. One person we spoke with said, 'She does look after me'.
People said that they felt safe using the scheme. A relative told us, 'It's a wonderful environment'.
We found that staff were recruited in a safe way and correct checks were carried out to ensure their suitability to care for people. A relative told us, 'I can't speak highly enough of his carer '.
The scheme had a clear auditing system which looked at important areas which affected the quality of the service provided. We found that these systems were used regularly to promote good standards.
