During a routine inspection
During our inspection we observed some of the care and support being provided to people who used the service. We saw positive interactions between people living at Griffin Lodge and members of staff.
We contacted the parents of two of the people living at Griffin Lodge. The feedback received was informative, honest and positive.
Some of the comments received were, 'Our son is definitely treated with respect,' 'We were involved in his initial placement and we have always been involved,' 'He is happier now than at any other time in his life and we are very pleased because he is settled and content' and 'They (Griffin Lodge) are always open to our views and opinions'.
