During a routine inspection
People told us that staff talked with them about how their care was provided. One person told us 'If I'm in trouble she helps me out. I have one carer, but if she's on holiday I have other carers that I know.'
People or their relatives were able to make comments on or changes to their care plans.
A relative told us 'I'm impressed by what they do. They are very professional. I have learnt a lot about Alzheimer's from them. They include Dad in conversations. It can affect his mood if he's not included. '
Everyone we talked to told us that they were very satisfied with the service they received.
