During an inspection looking at part of the service
Since our last visit the provider has sent us an improvement plan informing us how the service intended to ensure it was compliant with these outcome areas and provided a safe service for the people using it.
During this visit people told us they were happy with the service they received. We observed people engaging with the staff team supporting them and being encouraged to participate in daily routines in the home.
People told us they felt safe at the home and that they knew who to go to if they had any concerns. People could identify their named key worker and confirmed that they met with them to talk about things regularly.
We saw that systems had been developed to monitor the quality of service and support provided. Management at the home spoke with us about proposals to change the purpose of the service, that had been shared with people using the service, their relatives and supporters and staff. People using the service confirmed they had been consulted.
