During an inspection in response to concerns
Where someone is in their own home, sometimes living alone and depending on a series of visits to provide their support then the service is not as consistent as it should be. Calls change or are missed and people are not always told why. Staff sometimes have to be shown by the carer what the job is. Staff don't always stay for the prescribed amount of time as they have other calls they have to go to. People are also unsure of who to contact out of hours if there is an emergency.
