A letter of compliments was seen from a person who had received respite care. It thanked all concerned for the excellent care and treatment during their stay. The person said that they were 'Bowled over' by the team specifically the manager and deputy who the person described as 'Fantastic'.
Together with the refurbishment programme some of the rooms used for Palliative Care have been furnished with bed settees and an emphasis on creating a relaxing environment that not only accommodates the person living at the home but if they so wish, family and friends.
