During a routine inspection
People we spoke with using the service told us they were 'very happy" and 'thoroughly satisfied' with the support provided and said the service provided was 'excellent'.
The agency had in place all the necessary equipment to support the operation of a small but busy domiciliary care agency.
We reviewed the recruitment records of six staff. We saw that all staff had been recruited using an effective and robust procedure that included all of the appropriate checks to ensure that the person being employed was of good character.
The manager could tell us about the regular checks that occurred to ensure people were receiving safe and appropriate care. The manager told us how these informal audits were used to inform and improve the quality of the service.
