During a routine inspection

We visited the home on 21 December 2010. We spoke to seven people who lived at the home. We spoke to two relatives about care given in the home. Another relative was spoken to by a social care professional and their views were shared with us. Some people living at the home have communication difficulties. This limited the amount of discussion we could have with them.

People told us that they were happy with their care or indicated by thumbs up sign that they were.

Relatives told us that they were happy with the care provided, that St Agnes was homely and they were always informed of changes.

People living at the home told us the food was good.

People living at the home told us they were cold.

A healthcare professional told us they were happy with the care the home provided.
