During a routine inspection
The support plans showed that people had varied lives and made their own choices about how to spend their time. The records showed that the staff supported people to look after their health.
The service had clear information available about the action to take if a person was at risk of harm due to abuse or neglect. Staff were trained so they would understand the local adult safeguarding procedures to follow if they needed to report any concerns.
The staff team was experienced and received training to give them the knowledge and skills they needed to do their jobs well. People living at the home told us they felt well supported by the staff.
There was information for people about how to make a complaint. The manager told us they had not had any for a long time. People told us that they could tell the manager or staff if they were concerned or unhappy about anything. They told us they didn't need to worry about doing this.
