During a routine inspection
We were told:
'The staff are nice.'
And
'Everybody is a friend.'
People told us that the service met their needs and said:
'I like my flat. If I was unhappy I would tell staff.'
And:
'I can choose what I like; staff do things to help me do things for myself.'
People said they could make their concerns known and these would be addressed. They said:
'I don't have any complaints but I know they would listen to me.'
'If I have a concern I would tell staff.'
And
'I'm happy here.'
People said that they felt safe from while they received support from Spectrum staff.
Comments included:
'There's no shouting or anything like that.'
And
'Staff are nice, they never tell you off.'
Although people said their needs were met we found that the service could not show that people had been involved in planning or agreeing to their support package. We found that people who used services were not given opportunities to influence how the service developed.
