During a routine inspection
People told us they were involved in planning their care and support package. They had agreed and consented to various aspects of care and support.
They told us the care they received was good and that they had care plans which explained their needs and how their support should be provided.
People considered they were treated with respect and said care workers promoted independence. They had no concerns about their care and treatment; they said they liked the manager and staff. They told us the care workers were helpful, reliable and punctual.
People were being appropriately supported with medicines. However, we found some progress was needed with instructions for care workers to make sure people got their medicines safely.
People had been consulted about their experience of the service. We found checks of the services' various systems and practises had been carried out. We found the results of the quality monitoring could be better highlighted, with plans drawn up to show future improvements.
