During a routine inspection
People said they were happy with the care and support they received and felt safe being supported by the agency. They told us how care workers helped them to become more independent and confident while being there to support them when they needed it. One person said, 'They (staff) try to make sure I am safe, they tell me to get a taxi if it's late or it's icy.'
People told us they liked the care workers who supported them and felt they were good at their job. One person said, 'They are always kind.' Another person commented, 'I get on well with all of them (staff) they are never cruel. I have a keyworker who is very helpful and kind.'
The people we spoke with said they did not have any complaints but would feel confident raising any concerns they might have with any of the staff. One person commented, 'I would just ring the office, but I've never had to.' When we asked people if there was anything they would like to improve no-one could think of anything they wanted to change. They also confirmed they were consulted about things. One person told us, 'I have no worries, I'm happy.'
