People we spoke with told us they were given choices as to what they needed care staff to do for them. They said that they were involved in making decisions about their care and support package. Comments included 'staff always try to accommodate us whatever we need' 'staff find out what we want and how we want it doing' 'staff do what I want, in the way that I want it.' We spoke with three people who used the service. They told us that information had been recorded in a care file and this was used to produce a plan of care and risk assessment to ensure the care and support provided was appropriate to individual need.
Comments from people included "I was asked to tell them exactly what I wanted ", "I felt I was listened to", "staff know what to do and do it well' 'carers call at the same time and provide services that are over and above my expectations.'
People we spoke with said they felt fully supported by the care staff.

'the staff are absolutely brilliant' 'We could not fault the staff and the services provided, everything is excellent.'
