During a routine inspection
All the people using the service spoken with told of their confidence in the support workers provided. They found that staff were skilled, they had regular staff that knew their strengths and helped them with tasks they found difficult, such as budgeting, shopping and taking their medicines.
A person told us of their progress since receiving a service from this agency. They said staff were patient, over a period of time with the encouragement and support of staff they were able to travel independently in the community.
People trusted their support workers and felt safe with them. One person said, "I have lovely staff to help me, they are caring and supportive".
We saw that people were happy with the quality of care and support they received. One person was unable to speak but showed us photographs of staff supporting them at weekly horse riding classes.
