During a routine inspection
Care files were detailed, regularly reviewed and relevant for people's assessed needs. A visiting healthcare professional told us that things had improved since the new manager had been in post and communication was 'much better.'
Improvements had been made to the environment, with new flooring and deep cleaning of toilets, the laundry and kitchen areas. Our observations of the home noted that the home was clean with no offensive odours.
The home had been redecorated with new flooring. People told us they liked the improvements to the home.
We noted that not all health monitoring records had been fully completed.
