During a routine inspection
Care files were detailed, regularly reviewed and relevant for people's assessed needs.
People told us the food was very good and they always had enough.
We observed carpets throughout the home were stained and had offensive odours. A refurbishment was due to commence the following Monday which would include replacement flooring, curtains, furniture and redecoration of the home.
There was an effective complaints system in place. Comments and complaints people made were responded to appropriately and in a timely manner.
