Our view of the service

Heron Court Care Home is a care home providing personal and nursing care. Heron Court Care home is registered to accommodate 59 people. At the time of the inspection there were 35 using the service. We completed an assessment of this service between 22 April and 7 May 2024. We visited the service on the 22 and 23 April 2023. We spoke with relatives remotely about the experience of the service. The overall rating for this service remains Good.

People's experience of this service

During our assessment we spoke with 2 people and 16 relatives. People and their relatives felt safe and knew who to speak to if they had any concern. The relatives told us they felt involved their loved one in care planning and managing risks. People told us they were looked after by competent and compassionate staff and they received their care without delays. People and their relatives told us they had no concerns about how staff supported them with the medicines.
