People told us that they knew how to raise any concerns and were confident that they would be listened to.

All of the people we spoke to were complimentary about the staff and told us 'They are 100 percent here, I know all the staff by name' and 'All the staff are very good, the kitchen, the housekeepers, the maintenance person, it's like a big family here'.

We were not made aware of any major concerns from the authorities we contacted about the overall service provision.
