During a routine inspection
We found that consideration had been given to people's capacity to consent to care prior to the agency supporting them.
A relative told us that 'they look after my son's dignity well and the care is just what he needs'.
There were appropriate arrangements for obtaining and recording medicines.
Two relatives told us that there were always enough staff to meet people's needs and they always knew who was going to visit. One relative told us that the staff were 'very caring and could not take better care of their relative'.
A copy of the complaints procedure was contained in the service user guide which the agency sent to all people when they started receiving support.
