During a routine inspection
People told us they were involved in planning their care. They were visited by the registered manager on a monthly basis, when they could discuss their needs. People also told us the manager was available on the telephone whenever they needed to talk with her.
Each person who spoke with us felt the care workers were well trained and had a good mix of knowledge and skills to meet their needs.
We also spoke with seven care workers, all of whom felt very well supported by the management team.
