During a routine inspection
People told us their needs were being met by staff who were competent, friendly and caring. One person said, 'The carers are absolutely marvellous.' Another told us, 'They (the care staff) always turn up on time and provide good care, they are very reliable.'
The people we spoke with told us they had no complaints about the way they were cared for and supported. They said they would feel confident raising any concerns they might have with the care workers or the office staff. Two of the people we spoke with confirmed that when they had raised a minor concern it had been dealt with promptly by the office staff.
When we asked people if there was anything they would like to improve they all said they were very happy with the care they received. A relative told us, 'We are very satisfied and very grateful for the care they give.' However two of the six people we spoke with said they would like better communication with the office staff when different care staff were to visit or if they were going to arrive later than planned.
