During a routine inspection
These told us people feel they are treated with dignity and respect. They are involved in choosing the type of care and support they need and when they need it.
They said the quality of care they receive from qualified and competent staff is very good and they feel safe receiving the service.
They did not comment directly on the support staff receive from the agency or the quality assurance system in place. They did tell us that there is frequent contact with the agency to identify that they are satisfied with the service they are getting and the staff delivering it.
