During a routine inspection
People told us they were very happy with the care they received and one person said “I have nothing to complain about”.
A relative told us that they particularly liked the fact that their relative always had the same team of care staff and this meant that they too had got to know the care staff and that communication between them was good.
One person who received a service said “It’s lovely – they have been coming a long, long time, they stay for 30 minutes in the morning and at lunch and tea. They help me make a meal and give me my tablets.”
Another person said “It’s a really good service; I’d recommend it to anybody.”
A professional who worked closely with the service whilst supporting people at their end of life described care staff as ‘excellent and skilled’ to undertake caring tasks.
