During a routine inspection
'I am very satisfied with the service. Staff from the agency are reliable.'
' When I had a problem and made a complaint, they were very quick to respond and sorted things out for me.'
When we discussed care issues, we noted that the registered manager and her staff were knowledgeable regarding the needs of people who use the service and how those needs are to be met.
The required assessments and other care documentation were in place and people who use the service informed us that staff did what was required of them and as described in the care plans.
