During a routine inspection
People told us that they are able to make choices for themselves. Representatives said that they are included in discussing the care needs of their relatives.
People told us that they receive the help and support they need with their care. They said that staff were helpful and attended to them when they needed assistance. People confirmed that they were offered the opportunity to join in with activities that they were interested in.
Overall people said that the food provision was good and that they were offered choices. They told us that they could have a cooked breakfast and there is a three course meal for lunch and for supper.
People we asked said that staff were available to give them support and assistance when they needed it. They said that if they ever had to wait for help, then it was only a short wait. One person said that staff were 'very keen to help'.
People were confident that they would be able to raise any concerns they may have with the nurses or the deputy manager.
