During a themed inspection looking at Domiciliary Care Services
People spoke positively about their care staff and felt that their care needs were met. People told us that staff treated them with respect. A relative told us "they know him now and all his little ways and that's what we like". Other people told us "I'm well looked after", "they do a good job" and "they're so respectful".
People told us they had been involved in planning their care, or their relative's care. Most people knew about their care plan.
People told us that they felt safe, or felt their relative was safe, using the service.
People said that they would contact the manager or office staff if they were not happy with the staff or service provided. Some people felt that problems were not always dealt with effectively.
