During a routine inspection

We spoke to the owner, manager,staff, people who use the service and family carers. Comments we received were all positive and included from people who use the service, "The agency is a lifeline, I dont know what I would do without them." Also from a relative/carer, "I cannot speak highly enough of the girls. I care for my wife but have my own problems and it's amazing what they do."

Staff members we spoke to told us they thought it was a good agency to work for.

Comments included, "I have worked at other agencies and they do not compare to this one." And, " Good support and training provided."

Other professional agencies we spoke to, such as social services said they

have no issues with the agency.They told us they have not been involved in any

safeguarding incidents.

Some people require a lot of care because of their complex needs. Staff we spoke to

about these people had a good awareness of individual care needs, also the importance of treating people with respect and dignity. One client we spoke to said, "They are always polite, treat me with respect and are very patient with me." One staff member we spoke to said, "We are in peoples homes and have to be are aware of respect and politeness towards people."

The management within the organisation provide a good foundation for staff support and guidance, to ensure the high quality of the service. Comments from staff confirmed this, "H... is always available and willing to help with any issues." Also, " Staff training is of a high quality and good support from management."
