During a routine inspection
People told us that the service kept them informed about their care and that they had opportunities to be involved in planning their care needs. People we spoke with said that the staff talk to them and let them know about the care and support they are receiving.
One person commented, 'They are very good' another person said, 'They make time for you if you're feeling low'.
People who use the service were positive about the care and support they receive at the home. They told us that they were happy with the activities provided and were supported by staff to carry out daily living activities.
People who use the service told us that the quality of the food was good. They also told us that they were satisfied with how the home communicates with the doctor and other care professionals.
People told us they felt safe at the home and that they knew who to talk to if they had any concerns. A person commented, 'I do feel safe'.
People told us they were happy with the cleanliness of the home.
We asked people what they thought about the quality of care they received and people said it was good. They said they had a good relationship with the manager and they felt the manager listened to their comments and concerns.
