During an inspection in response to concerns
There was a mixed response about the amount of time staff had to spend with people. Some people thought that they sometimes had to wait for staff to answer call bells and that staff were often too busy to spend time talking to them. Other people said that there was enough staff available.
Responses from people were also varied about how they spent their day. Two people told us it was very quiet and that there wasn't a lot to do. Other people told us that they had plenty of things to do to keep them occupied.
