"Liaison between district nurses and Kates was very good"
"You are all so kind and I always felt confident that ...... would be well looked after"
"Fail to see how you could improve, just excellent"
"kindness, dedication and commitment you all showed was an inspiration"
"tremendous relief to have such friendly and warm people in our home"
We also talked to district nurses based in the Cotswolds who worked closely with the agency. They said, "they provide excellent care for patients", "they are valued by the family and GPs alike" and "they are very accommodating they get us someone when needed." One district nurse told us, "if it had not been for Kates we couldn't have supported the patient at home." They also said, "you guys really do make a difference" and "they go over and above, available at all times, remaining with the patient after their shift has finished to handover to us."
