Not all of the people using the service were able to tell us about their experiences; however for those who were they told us that they were happy with the meals provided in the home, and that there were opportunities for people to give their views on the care being provided.

Not all of the people using the service were able to tell us about their experiences,

however for those who were they told us that there was sufficient food provided in the

home but that quality of the food was variable. They spoke well of the staff and told us that they respected their privacy and dignity. However some raised concerns at the length of time it took staff to answer the nurse call bells in the home. Most people told us that

they had opportunities to join in activities in the home. That there were opportunities for

people to give their views on the care being provided.
