Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
From the date this condition takes effect on the last Friday of every month the provider must provide the Care Quality Commission evidence of safe staffing deployed daily to meet service users’ needs; including analysis of service user needs, staff skills, clinical experience and competencies.
From the date this condition takes effect on the last Friday of every month the provider must provide the Care Quality Commission with evidence of safe clinical oversight of health conditions including health monitoring, diabetes and epilepsy.
From the date this condition takes effect on the last Friday of every month the provider must send the Care Quality Commission monthly audits and the subsequent action plans for:
- the management of diabetes; to include analysis of staff compliance with medicines management and the care plans.
- any physical interventions, outcomes, dates of staff debrief and how the provider will risk assess and learn from each incident
- service users’ mental capacity assessments and subsequent best interest meetings
- care plans, risk assessments, body maps, care notes and health correspondence
- staff training to include all bank, permanent and agency staff, for restraint, epilepsy, diabetes, autism and learning disability
- all incidents reported internally and safeguarding incidents
- health and safety including fire, legionella, and infection prevention and control
