During a routine inspection
We found that people who used the service had consented to their care, treatment and support.
People who used the service and their relatives told us and we saw that people's care and welfare needs were being met. One person told us; 'They are grand, I can't fault the carers at all'.
We saw records to confirm medicines were managed safely and effectively.
We found that the service followed the correct recruitment procedures when employing new staff.
The service had systems in place to monitor the quality of the service provided by Complete Care.
We saw that the service had a complaints procedure and people who used the service knew how to use it.
